Hershey was discarded on Highway 36 in Chester, CA. (DOB est. 6/30/09) A very kind person picked this starving little guy up and brought him to Lassen Animal Rescue. We have not been able to determine his breed, so we gave it our best guess. Hershey was 2.9 pounds when he came to the shelter and now weighs 28 lbs. and will be ready for adoption after 10/15/09. He was named for the white chocolate "kiss" on the back of his neck. He is truly a sweetheart. He loves other dogs. Hershey is current on his vaccinations and has been microchipped.
