I have a 17 month old male Alaskan Huskey/Timberwolf, and a 12 month old female Arctic wolf. The $200 adoption fee is for the pair, if they go separatly it will be $150 a piece. Both animals are fixed and up to date on shots. They are both very sweet, the male is the alpha and the female is very submissive. They are great with children and new people. I am looking for someone who has plenty of knowledge of this type of dog as it can be very challanging to raise these animals. If you need a watchdog this is not the dog for you, these dogs do not bark unless it is at another animal. They are more likely to run scared from an intruder than to attack or defend you, you are the pack leader it is your job. Both of these animals are able to jump or climb tall fences and they will test wood fences for weaknesses to find a way out. They require daily strenuous excercise and plenty of love and attention. They dig holes the size of dens, they chew and get into everything because they are curious. They are still working on potty training, wolves are notoriously difficult to housebreak. You will know all of this if you have enough knowledge of these animals. I will look for as long as it takes to find the perfect home. I would prefer they be kept together as they have grown up together and are a pack now. I am not looking to make any money, I just want to find someone with the proper knowledge, time and enclosure to keep them in.
