Shy Miss Shine is in need of a very special home! She has had a really rough go of it so far: she's been in and out of shelters since she was 3 months old. Now she's about 7 months, living in a foster home, and ready to find her forever-family. Shine is very nervous about meeting new people, but is a sweet, loving and gentle girl once she feels comfortable and settled. She absolutely must go to a home where she will be an indoor dog and have a canine friend or two. She is very social with other dogs, loves cats (although she's still figuring out that they don't play the same way she does!), and just adores playing with toys. She's got a start on her obedience training and is very quick to learn. Because she is a special needs dog her adoption includes in-home training and behavior help with our volunteer dog trainer - who is currently Shine's foster mom.
