Powder is a special needs kitty and has to take pills daily to control a painful mouth condition. She can not go without her medication. She is a poly-dactyl with a sweet outgoing personality. She gets along with some cats, but not all. She has a dominant personality. She loves to sleep with you and will sleep on your chest if you let her. When she is happy she talks to you. She also loves to kneed and purr and follow you around.
